SPENTA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was promoted in 1995 by Khushroo Colabavala and Sharmila Ganguly.

Khushroo is a Chartered and Cost Accountant (1983) from Pricewaterhouse, and a Certified Associate from the Indian Institute of Bankers, with over twelve years experience in banking and consultancy. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank and Banque Nationale de Paris in senior positions in India and overseas.

Sharmila is a Masters in Business Management from XLRI (1988) and has spent over seven years in banking with Citibank, HSBC and Banque Nationale de Paris.

In 1995, they promoted SPENTA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in the areas of Management & Financial Consultancy and Executive Search & Recruitment.

In a short period the firm has established equity with clients and candidates in reliability, performance and high standards of conduct.
